Attorney Profile Joseph P. Calandriello is a cum laude graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee and also attended the Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University. Upon the completion of law school Mr. Calandriello practiced Social Security Disability law in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. In 1999 he accepted a position with the law firm of Elie Halpern & Associates in Olympia, Washington. In 2002 Mr. Calandriello returned to the Nashville area and opened the Law Office of Joseph P. Calandriello, P.C. Mr. Calandriello practices in the area of administrative law where he represents individuals before the Health Related Boards of the State of Tennessee, including the Board of Medical Examiners, the Tennessee Board of Nursing, the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy, the Board of Physical Therapists, and other health related professional licensing boards. Mr. Calandriello has significant experience in representing physicians, nurses, and other professionals with substance abuse related difficulties, license suspension actions, professional license reinstatement actions, peer review proceedings, and other types of professional discipline. He continues to represent Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDIB) claimants and individuals applying for Supplemental Security Income Law (SSI) benefits. |
